Absolutely thrilled with my experience and piercing here. My friend and I came together to get conch piercings and we love them! Brian was amazing and made the process smooth. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and sterility. Highly recommend!

I got a “Helix” ear piercing. The young man who performed it was very professional and thorough with the details of the piercing beforehand . He was also very informative about the after care and made sure to let me know if there were any problems with healing I could come back anytime to have it looked at. And if he was able to correct the issue he would do that and but he would also recommend a doctors care if.Then issue was beyond what they could do. If I need help with replacing the jewelry I was welcome to come to them to have it done. Very informative, polite, and willing to go that extra mile for clients!

I love my tragus piercings. The jewelry selection was great. Everyone in both locations I went to were great. My piercer was great and explained everything before she did it. Also was very clean. Very happy with my experience.

Austine was an amazing piercer who I would recommend to anyone seeking out not only a well-done piercing but advice on what piercing suits them! He was very upfront and honest on what I could expect from a daith piercing that would be hiding due to my ear anatomy and got me hooked on a rook instead! I love it! He also was not trying to make a quick buck and expressed concerns on healing right if I were to get both ears done at the same time. Truly an awesome guy and I overall had a wonderful experience at this shop! Love the lovely staff and music :) I had a great Friday the 13th I won’t forget! I got a piercing and my friends got tats. Everyone had a great experience here and I’d love to come back for a tattoo and my next rook when the healing is right! Don’t second guess your piercing or tattoo the pain is temporary and they work really flawlessly here! You’ll walk out feeling like a different person!
